Golden Lava Crepes
INGREDIENTS
- Crepe batter
- Flavoro salted egg spread (50g per serving)

PREPARATION
Begin by preparing the crepes using a store-bought mix or your preferred homemade recipe. Cook each crepe on a non-stick pan until lightly golden on both sides. Keep the crepes warm and soft for easy folding later.
Once the crepes are ready, spread about 50 grams of Flavoro salted egg spread evenly over each one. To enhance the flavor and texture, gently warm the crepe again on the pan or microwave for 15–20 seconds until the spread slightly melts.
Add sliced fruits such as bananas, strawberries, or kiwi on top of the salted egg layer. If desired, finish with a spoonful of whipped or fresh cream for extra richness and balance.
Fold the crepe in half or into quarters and serve warm. For a final touch, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle a bit of honey. Enjoy this sweet and savory treat as a snack, dessert, or part of a cozy brunch.
