Salted Egg Yolk Burger

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 burger buns
  • 500g ground beef or chicken
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 tbsp Flavoro Salted Egg Spread
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil
  • 4 cheese slices (optional)
  • Lettuce, tomato, onion

 

PREPARATION

Mix & Cook:
In a mixing bowl, combine your choice of ground meat—beef, chicken, or lamb—with 2 tablespoons of Flavoro salted egg spread. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly until the spread is evenly incorporated into the meat, giving it a rich, savory flavor. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into firm, round patties. Heat a pan or grill over medium-high heat and cook each patty for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown on the outside and cooked through to your preferred doneness.

Toast & Spread:
While the patties are cooking, lightly butter the inside of your burger buns and toast them on a skillet or grill until they are golden and crisp. This adds a nice texture and helps prevent the buns from becoming soggy. Once toasted, spread Flavoro salted egg spread on the bottom half of each bun. The warm buns will slightly melt the spread, releasing its rich aroma and deep flavor.

Assemble & Serve:
To build your burger, place a fresh lettuce leaf on the bottom bun followed by slices of ripe tomato and thin rings of red onion for a fresh crunch. Add the hot, juicy patty on top and cover it with the top bun. Serve immediately while everything is warm and flavorful.
